Express UK Delivery for £6.25

We are dedicated to offering our customers great value for money in everything we do. This includes our delivery charges. We are offering two simple options for our UK customers. Non-urgent orders can select 'Super Saver' delivery for only £2.95.

This service should take 2-3 working days however we do ask you to allow up to 7 working days for delivery before contacting us. Alternatively for those needing their order quick, our Express 1-2 day delivery is only £6.25!

Express Delivery

For orders placed before 4pm, you will receive your order the next working day. For orders placed after 4pm, you will receive your order in 2 working days. See below for full details of our delivery options and charges.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Wiper Blades 4U. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.

Need to request a return?

Please read our returns policy below for information on what to do in certain situations. Before sending anything back to us please contact us first to obtain a returns reference number. Please remember to include your name, order reference and date of purchase.

Posting returns

You may send returns back to us via whichever method you choose ,as long as we receive it. However we do recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage. When sending returns back to us please make sure they are well packaged in secure jiffy bags or boxes and not letter envelopes as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Goods Faulty on Arrival

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method or send a replacement as required.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method or send a replacement as required.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period

If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period then please contact us to arrange a replacement.

In the unlikely event your item develops a fault during the warranty period Wiper Blades 4U will replace any failed part. We ask that you send the faulty item back to us with a copy of your invoice and a returns reference number which can be obtained by contacting us on 0843 2896593 or through the contact form on this website.

Once the faulty parts are received we will send out your replacement. Any product warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by Wiper Blades 4U, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.

If you have changed your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 10 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received at Wiper Blades 4U we’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Please note this policy does have some limitations and does not apply to business customers.

Super Saver Delivery

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. Please remember this is usually down to the delivery company (i.e. Royal Mail) and not us.

Please wait seven working days after the item shipped date (the date you received the order shipped e-mail confirmation).

During that time, we recommend that you ask your local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it (even if they didn't leave a card) and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them.

You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. This can be found on the order shipped email.

If your order hasn't arrived seven days after the item shipped date, and it has not been left with your neighbours or at the sorting office then please contact us and we'll do our best to locate it.

Please note you must contact us within 21 days of the item shipped date otherwise we will be unable to help.
